The Fueling Equity initiative at Southern Company Gas continues to hold strong as we celebrate Juneteenth and Father’s Day, which falls on the same day this year. This episode of Fueling Equity features Southern Company Gas President and CEO, Kim Greene and community leader, activist and father Thomas Dortch Jr. for a conversation about fatherhood, the impact of mentorship, the significance of the Juneteenth holiday and corporate allyship.

Thomas is a leader in communities across the nation, serving as the National Chairman of 100 Black Men of America and founder of the National Black College Hall of Fame Foundation, among other things.
